For International Shipments: Delivery of orders shall be made only by credit card option - Nacex Transport Agency to: France-UK-Italy-Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg, Germany and Portugal.

MAY THE PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

The buyer will have 15 days from goods delivery for any change (except for products that do not support the change).This period shall not be extended under any circumstances.

-Returning will not be accepted for particular goods (names, logos..)

-Returning on pre-paid freight terms will not be admitted.

- The change or returns of used or handled goods or that are not sent with the original labels or bagage will not accepted.

The swimwear must be proved wearing lining for higienic reasons.

Transport expenses due to interchange or customer no satisfaction will be to customer charge (this is also valid for size changes).

If the change or the return was due to an error by Autric ® services (the model or size is not the order sent) Autric ® will send the new merchandise, freight prepaid. Upon receiving the package, it will confirm the condition of the product and that it was a mistake on our part. Then we will proceed to send the new product.

It is essential that we send with the product to make the change an explanatory note with all your data and the reason for the return to identify your package.

If the amount of new order exceeds the amount of items returned, the user must pay the difference.

If the amount of the new order in less than the initial amount, the difference will be refunded by bank transfer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The regulations for the distant sales (to E.U. costumers) indicates that customer may return the received goods if it not meets their requirements but necessarily in the maximum period of 7 working days from the reception date. Good must be returned into their original parking , without having used. The returning expendes will be paid by customer as well as any damage on the purchased item.
